Amy is a business and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex initiatives, improve processes, and turn strategy into action.

Her background spans technology, business development, product marketing, program and project management, operational improvement, and organizational transformation.

She has worked across the Microsoft technology ecosystem, coordinated cross-functional teams, developed business and operational strategies, implemented new processes and systems, and guided organizations through change.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Amy brings structured methodology and practical business experience to every engagement — and when you work with MacM² Group, you work with her directly.
