This Privacy Policy explains how MacM² Group ("MacM² Group," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit macm2.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you select, and — if you choose to provide them — your organization and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
Spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated bots. Turnstile is loaded only when you begin using the contact form, and it may collect technical signals from your browser for that purpose. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this Site, and we do not set cookies ourselves. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about potential or ongoing work.
- To send you a resource you have asked us for, such as early access to a guide.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and spam protection.
- Resend — delivery of contact form submissions.
- Google — email services for our inbox.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MacM² Group or others.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain reasonable business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Security
The Site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
